We aim to provide a supportive and secure environment that is warm and home-like. Enhancing Quality of Life
Chatham Acres provides around-the-clock nursing care as well as a wide range of services, including physical, speech and occupational therapy. We work hard to enhance each individual's ability to stay active in their senior years. To this end we offer:

Community Involvement
We offer musical programs, entertainment, movies, cook-outs, team games, religious observances, lectures and a variety of outside trips and shopping expeditions. We stay connected to the community by visiting places of interest, such as Longwood Gardens, The Baltimore Aquarium, Phillies Baseball games and local area eateries.
Chatham Acres also encourages the community to take an active role in visiting our seniors. The Activity Department sponsors church bingo games, pet therapy, intergenerational programs and an annual Spring carnival.
