Chatham Acres offers an abundance of charming porches and patios for reading or contemplating, and fifteen acres of beautifully maintained grounds for a leisurely stroll. Our residents feel safe in the serene, pastoral setting where they are free from the stress, hectic traffic, crime and other unpleasant occurrences that are a part of city living. Our unique farmhouse-like building lends itself to the family atmosphere created from within. Welcome Home Most rooms are private with windows overlooking the landscaped grounds, and can be decorated to suit individual needs and tastes. Maintaining a resident's individuality is one of Chatham Acres' most important goals. That is why we offer private rooms at no extra cost, insuring complete privacy for those who prefer it. Our residents also enjoy spacious dining rooms, lounges, sun rooms, reading rooms, game rooms, a special club-like canteen and more-all in a quiet, country-resort environment. We are proud of our delicious, home-style meals, and we also accommodate all therapeutic and dietary needs. We pay particular attention to the residents' individual food preferences. |
